Our Cuisine

Here at La Pradera, although we are influenced by Andalusian cuisine, have attempted to introduce a host of dishes from all over Spain. We use only the finest ingredients, All pan-fried are carried out in olive oil, all different types of cheese (manchego, feta, mozzarella, …) and meat (Chorizo, Jamon,…)are authentic and of prime quality.
